Q: Why do I get an error when I try to view my card?
A: Please forward the original email sent to you with the card in it to
contact2007d @ gmail.com (forward original email only) and we will check your card for possible errors,
another reason might be the sender canceled the card or your card has expired after 20 days.

Q: I sent a card and the person to whom I sent it did not receive the card..why?
A: It could be that the email was rejected either by the recipient's ISP
(Internet Service Provider - Email Provider). Sometimes ISP servers get too busy to
handle the request, or maybe you typed in the wrong email address.

Q: Do you have this card or that card?
A: You can do a search for a card or category
by typing in a keyword in the search box on the home page.

Q: Does it cost anything to send your greeting cards?
A: NO, Our Greeting Cards are FREE to send and receive.

Q: Why did I get a Undeliverable Email with this in the subject line
Undeliverable: "Recipients Name" , you have received a 2000Greetings Card...
A: You sent a greeting card to an invalid email address and it is being returned
to you as Undeliverable

Q: Why can't I hear any sound with your cards?
A: Some greeting cards do not have sound. You might also try to download
the latest free Microsoft media player plug-in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/mediaplayer.

Q: Does 2000Greetings.com have an address book?
A: Yes, The Address Book is attached to the form that sends the Greeting Cards.

Q: Can I send a card at a later date?
A: Yes, you will see this feature on the sending form below the greeting card

Q: I sent a card on the wrong date how do I change it?
A: You will receive a status email message after you send a card that will have a number
to type into the cancellation box on the front page, you will have to delete the card and
send a new one on the right date.

Q: How do I update my email address so I keep receiving your newsletter?
A: You can update your email address here.

Q: I went to my address book and my addresses are gone... Why?
A: If you deleted your cookies from your computer that will reset your address book.
Our address book is designed to remember your information using cookies so you will
never need a password to access your address book.
(Cookies store information on your hard drive.)

Q: Is it possible to print cards from this site?
A: You can print our cards by clicking the print button below each card. Please
keep in mind that some background images will not print.

Q: How do I save an individual card?
A: You can save an individual card by clicking on the button below each card that says
bookmark this card.

Q: How do I know the greeting card I sent has been received?
A: You will be notified by email when your card has been opened.
Q: How do I stop a greeting card I have sent?
A: Once you send a greeting card you will receive an email with a link to click that will cancel the card you have sent.
Q: How do I send a card?
A: At the bottom of every card there will be a button that says
"click here to send this page to a friend". If you can't see the button
just scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a form that you will fill out to send that card.

Q: Someone sent me a greeting card...How do I open it?
A: The link to the card will be in the email sent to you. If the link is not clickable
you can type the ID number into the box on the front page that says ID pick-up box

Q: How do I get in your newsletter to receive your newest greeting cards via email?
A: Go to our home page and look at the bottom of the page to subscribe.
Q: I sent in a poem... are you going to use it in a greeting card?
A: If we use your poem we will give you credit for the poem on the greeting card and contact you through email when the card goes live. Submit Poem Here
